Pecorino
Pecorino
​The wine is made with 100% pecorino grapes which are typical to the region. The grapes are harvested by hand and then bottled and put into the cellar to age with modern wine techniques. It is a straw yellow color with green reflections. To ones nose it opens with hints of minerals and white flowers followed by the evident notes of citrus. This combination in your mouth is complex with a good acidity and salty structure with an ending of mineral references. To fully enjoy this wine, it is recommended to be served in a glass chalice at a temperature of 54°F

Merlot
Merlot
The wine is made with merlot grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and then bottled and put into the cellar to age with modern wine techniques. It has an intense red color with purple reflections. To ones nose it presents with fruity notes of cherry and mascara cherry, floral notes of violet, and light spicy returns of pepper and vanilla. This combination in your mouth is a complex soft entrance followed by a compact and refined tannic structure with a spicy finish that recalls the hints on the nose. For full enjoyment, it is advisable to be served in a medium to large sized chalice at the temperature of 65°F

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Alexi's oilve oil is a superior category at the Umbria Region. This oil is made from 100% Italian olives by mechanical processes for extraction of the oil.
Suggestions for use:
-Can be used for both baking and frying
-Store in a cool and dark place
-Close well after use
-Pairs well with meat, fish, pasta, and vegetables
-Ideal for dressings, dipping, sauces, and soups

Black and White Truffle Oils
Use as a finishing oil to drizzle a few drops onto pasta, pizza, risotto, potatoes, eggs, and meat. It can also be used for marinades and salad dressings.
White Truffle Profile: It tends to have a milder, more delicate flavor compared to black truffle oil. It possesses subtle earthy notes with a hint of garlic and sometimes a touch of sweetness.
Black Truffle Profile: It has a stronger, more robust flavor compared to white truffle oil. It often carries notes of garlic, musk, and earthiness, with hints of mushroom and even a slight nuttiness.
